Both spoken or slurred
Everybody gonna' understand

And then I sat there and waited
For the long black limo
That would take me to my promised land

Put me on the radio and fill my cup

Pay all my bills and let me live my dreams

It won't be long because I cracked that nut

About two months later
See a big black car
Cruisin' down my trailer park boulevard

I was ever so certain
They had come for me
Went and grabbed my boots and bag of weed

The car kept goin'
Didn't even slow
Didn't roll down the window like they did not know

The greatest songwriter
Was a stones throw away
They must have been dreamin' bout a Bieber play

Put me in the studio record my stuff
Tell me that stars are shinin' bright for me
All I gotta do is pay them their fees

Video killed the radio star
